FIT
So tonight I decided to spice up my all too lacking workout routine with some Yoga-abs. It was surprisingly great! (That stuff is absolutely no joke!) I had't realized that I'm a big sissy when it comes to working out, but I guess I am. I haven't been able to do any cardio, such as running or the elliptical, because of my cartilage tear in my hip (s). If I'd been able to do cardio, I think I'd be running every day by now. Unfortunately, I have to find other ways to keep myself fit. I think it's super important for women (and men too!) to try each day, or every other day, to keep the body that God gave us, healthy and in good shape. Not only do I want to be aesthetically pleasing to my husband (and yes, okay, me too), but I want to respect the temple, that is my body. And with ALL THIS TIME on my hands each night.. well, the least I can do is work out a little :D So here's to another month (only 10 more!) of working out and eating healthy! (and if I was super army, I'd add a little "hooah" at the end here, but since I'm not....)
