Pay Day

So I cannot WAIT for pay day!!  I talked with the hubby and I will be purchasing the Nikon D3100 and the Aperture 3 program for MAC!  SUPER excited!  This could be the start of something amazing.... or maybe just a really fun hobby.  Either way, I can't wait!  Thank goodness amazon ships to APO addresses!  I guess I'll start by taking photos from around the area, not exactly your most flattering of places.. Shindand, Afghanistan.. but it's real and those are the type of photos I want to take!  I also want to take some pics of the people I work with and around.  I think people help to make photos really come alive.  AND then when I have mastered the art of photography in shindand, I will move on to Australia for leave and try my hand at a much more scenic place.  :D  CANNOT WAIT!!
